If anyone wanted to make a pure rock’n’roll record, it would be me. So I was a little hesitant at first. When Dave said: “Let’s make a tape loop,” I was.” I was still a little on edge about it: “Is it too modern? Too dancey?” Then my wife heard it and she was like: “No, dude, this is a fucking fun record.”
