1 Follow the clear forestry track uphill towards Coire Lair, and soon turn left onto a narrow path through the woods.

2 Follow the path alongside the River Lair. It breaks out of the forest and passes near beautiful ancient pines before zigzagging steeply uphill to a crossroads.

3 Take the left fork, crossing the River Lair
