Amping confusion levels

So, Christmas was not exactly cancelled – just placed in deep quarantine. Prime Minister Boris Johnson had insisted nothing would come in the way of the British and our traditional family Christmas. Even as infection rates accelerated, he continued to dismiss cautious voices as miserable killjoys.

Nine days before the turkeys went into the oven, Johnson accused Labour Party leader Keirl, which had said the Government was “about to blunder into another major error that will cost many lives” with its plans to enable up to three different households to stay together indoors over the Christmas period.
