T&M acquires Suttons Seeds
THOMPSON and Morgan has bought renowned national brand Suttons Seeds Ltd and its three subsidiaries Suttons, Dobies and the Organic Catalogue.
This brings the well-known companies into the ‘super firm’ of BVG, which also owns T&M, bird food retailer Happy Beaks, plant supplier Van Meuwen, gardening equipment firm Garden Gear, and shed, garden room and fencing specialists Waltons and Mercia Garden Products.
