    YOU WILL NEED

    ■ Quilting-weight cotton: 50x115cm (20x45in)

    ■ Lightweight cotton or bamboo wadding: 50x110cm (20x43in)

    ■ Plain quilting-weight cotton for lining: 50x115cm (20x45in)

    ■ Silver satin bias binding, 3cm (1¼in) wide: 2m (2¼yd)

    ■ Cover button kit with tool to make three 1.5cm (5/8in) wide buttons

    ■ Paper for the templates

    ■ Fabric clips

    ■ Matching thread

    ■ Basic sewing kit

    NOTES

    ■ Seam allowance is 1cm (3/8in) unless otherwise stated.

    ■ Covered button kit is by Prym.
