Today we’re experiencing the full spectrum – basking in a soft autumnal glow one minute, then moments later being drenched by rain and forced to huddle for shelter under a tree. “It’ll clear in five minutes,” assures our tour guide James, looking optimistically at his phone, then up at the leaden grey sky.
