He spent a lot of time on the ground at various levels, working with people and turning goals into victories with them. He went on to take up an executive course of Masters in Business Administration, and he landed up at the premier IIM Kolkata. The mere thrill of studying at one of the top B-Schools of the country fuelled his ambitions even further. Then on, it was a persistent moral agenda to win the approval and acceptance of his team.
