Less toyi-toying, more nation building in 2021

FRIENDS and colleagues recently asked me what would be my ideal wish for the New Year, especially in the post-Covid19 era. My mind initially swam in a whirlpool of wishes that normally cloud the mind during the festive season period, while simultaneously trying to imagine what is going to happen in our world in its quest to revert to “normality” in the pre-coronavirus era.
