Your core muscles lie at the centre of your body and surround your trunk. Their function is to support your spine and hips and allow movement of your limbs. By working on your abdominals and core you’ll be able to move with your horse, staying in balance while also remaining relaxed — you won’t feel a need to grip with your legs or rely on your reins for balance.
