WHEREVER YOU LOOK, mental health is on the agenda and, in these uncertain times, it’s often our horses who are called upon to provide us with therapy. Yet they can suffer from stress too. From stable mirrors to treat balls, and horse whisperers to massage rugs, essential oils and calming herbs, so many products claim to support their mental wellbeing. But are we really addressing the issue of anxiety from an equine point of view?
