Building narrative shifts in industry

CELESTE le Roux sees herself as an ambassador for transformation. Le Roux, the co-founder and chief executive of React24, says changing the narrative in the building, environment and construction industries is important.

The 42-year-old says she noticed a gap in the market where companies were looking to deal with a site services business, where they could log the entire call.

React24’s revenue is now between R10 million and R50m - making it a qualifying small enterprise.

She is not unaware of the struggles ahead.
