THE Co-orperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Minister Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma had already asked Cabinet for the extension of the National State of Disaster by another month until November 15 before the announcement by President Cyril Ramaphosa on October 15 or 16. Cabinet granted her approval, no questions asked.
