Say yes to the DRESS

For many, the power that images have for storytelling is one of photography’s biggest draws. Images have the ability to transport us to a different time or place, to describe moments without words, and to convey an entire narrative to the person viewing them. Photographs can sweep us into a scene and make us feel as if we are there.

Tommy Reynolds has called himself a professional wedding and portrait photographer since 2013, but it’s his personal projects, cinematic approach and ability to understand people and their stories that stands his work apart.

After watching Tommy’s moving talk at this year’s (virtual) Photography Show, we knew that he was the perfect person to shadow behind the scenes of a shoot. Luckily for us, he already has a very personal project in the pipeline, and is more than willing for us to join in on the day.
