Think back to the last semi-normal presidential debate with Donald Trump in 2015.

Remember the fallout after Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly posed a question on many women’s minds, asking Trump, then a contender for the GOP nomination, to explain himself: “You’ve called women you don’t like fat pigs, dogs, slobs and disgusting animals,” Kelly noted.

Still fuming days later, Trump claimed that Kelly had “blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever.”
