Hi Mr Yamaha Guys, Thought I’d drop you a note telling you how freaking unbelievably awesome this little scooter I bought off a young kid in 2015 is. It’s one of the last carby WR250Fs made before fuel injection.

He had set it up really poorly, causing it to have a serious handling issue when I bought it sight unseen. The rims were out of round and he’d removed the rimlock opposite the valve for some reason, resulting in severe wheel skipping, which had thrown him a few times and led him to believe the thing was possessed by demons and to sell a near-new bike super cheap.

This is the perfect bike for me; nearly 60, softly sprung and goes like all Billie O. Sure, some more top-end would come in handy sometimes but not enough to sacrifice the range I get out of the smaller bro’. I
