The GT was the second car produced by Mercedes’ specialist performance division after the 2010–2014 SLS supercar.

The range opens with the $256,235 GT 53 four door coupe, with a 3.0-litre twin turbo straight six/nine-speed automatic/mild hybrid/all-wheel drivetrain, producing 320kW of power and 520Nm of torque.
