The merriment of Carnival season culminates on Fat Tuesday, the day before the fasting period of Lent begins. In New Orleans, the festivities start early in the morning and last well into the afternoon. For us, there’s nothing like starting the day with a hearty brunch to get the good times rolling. But you don’t have to be in New Orleans to celebrate Mardi Gras, and this decadent menu will make you feel like you’re there in spirit, wherever you may be.

Start your Fat Tuesday feast with what is sure to become your new favorite eye-opener, our Hurricane Mimosas, before filling your plate with fried chicken and waffles, quiche, muffins, and more.
