When he was growing up, Keletso Motau’s aunt Naomi made has a similar recipe, you’ll know it’s the business! It’s made with condensed milk, cream and mini marshmallows, and usually some kind of fruit – pineapple or even guavas. This version swaps the customary Tennis biscuit base for ginger biscuits for extra-festive spice. Or give it a piña colada vibe by swapping out the cream for Woolies’ full-cream coconut yoghurt.
