    A desire to tackle a new renovating challenge was one of the reasons that prompted Ian Brownhill and husband Michael Hirschl to sell their Edwardian house, near Kilburn, back in 2015. It went under offer quickly after they put it on the market, leaving them with a mad dash to find their dream home.
