Old meets new

Jessica Abiagom-Page explains how she and husband, Craig Page, transformed their small galley kitchen into an open-plan space, perfect for their young family

Tell us about your home.

I have always dreamed of owning a Victorian house; the period features are beautiful and I love the history that comes with these types of properties. At over 100 years old, Elmleigh is a five-bedroom house set over four levels, including the large cellar rooms – which I am especially looking forward to renovating. Luckily, the house had been well looked after, but it still needed updating. As soon as I walked through the beautiful teal front door I fell in love – I knew it would be our ‘forever home’.
