On the shores of Kent, above the dunes, rises a series of interconnected geometrical shapes etched against the sky in timber, glass and brick. “[The plot] was an impulse buy,” says owner Mark Randall. “But I saw an opportunity to do something inspirational.” In 2012, Mark, who is originally from Kent, was living in London with his wife Daniela, and working in a high-pressure environment. He came across a beach-front plot near Romney Marsh, which was available for just £140,000 with planning permission for a three bedroom ‘rectangular box’.
