I took my bike in for its annual routine service and MoT and the bike was taken off me by what I thought was a baby-faced apprentice, wearing the dealership fleece. Later on the same day I got a phone call from the dealership. My bike had been dropped by this lad as he was loading my bike on to a van – I did not know that the MoT test was carried out elsewhere.
