MOST of this year, the one thing I’d been longing to do was to get in a great day’s driving in the Series I. More than my usual hour or so, a longer, committed trip. There’s one place I like to head for that; the Derbyshire Peak District. The Lake District might have the better scenery, but the Peaks has much better sections of driving roads.
