When top Los Angeles real estate agent Tracy Tutor was looking for a new home in which to make a fresh start, she didn’t have too far to go.
The California native, a veteran of 20 years in the industry and a star of hit property show Million Dollar Listing Los, kept her ear to the ground about new high-end rental homes on the market. Having recently sold the $24m (£18m), seven-bedroom, ten-bathroom Brentwood home where she and former husband Jason Maltas – whom she divorced in 2018 – had lived with their daughters Juliet, 14, and Scarlett, 11, she wanted “an adventure” for herself and the girls.
