TAKE THREE GAITERS

COLD, WET LEGS and feet are unpleasant anytime of the year but especially in winter with its frosts and snow. Gaiters can prevent this happening and also keep grit, vegetation and other debris out of your socks and boots.

Good gaiters should be easy to get on and off with zips that run smoothly and are protected by a flap. To keep them in place an underfoot strap is needed. This should be made of durable material and easy to replace as even the toughest can tear or split, especially if worn
