In what has been a year like no other in this millennium one may ask the question, “what does it take for a small committee to resume competitions during a pandemic?”
One would possibly answer, “highly motivated, knowledgeable, strong persons with a desire to give their members an opportunity to resume some sort of normality for themselves and their horses.” I would think another requirement would be to add a dash of craziness also would be an ingredient for success.
The small but dutiful committee that makes up the ABHA Cap Coast Circuit Inc. have all of those traits.
