So what about the Arctic then? Well, I suppose we must leave aside my climbing a new rock route with the Wild Bunch in Greenland and arriving at the top of our 500 metre wall absolutely exhausted, and promptly naming it ‘Never Again!’ Sailing and climbing in Greenland and Baffin Island, Canada with the Wild Bunch was always an adventure owing to their consummate skill, humour and expertise, always of course taking their musical instruments with them up the big walls as they climbed from the boat, sometimes literally from the deck onto the wall (as depicted by their videos on YouTube).
