f course my love for is well-known, and I have very strong memories of my son watching me fight the final boss of the game on TV. He was so afraid of it that he told me he didn’t want to go to bed alone, because the monster might show up in his room. But the game that’s stayed with me the longest this generation is It’s not just that I love puzzle games, but also that the game managed to create such an incredible, weirdly dark atmosphere with its voices and haunting music. It’s the only mobile game I’ve ever played where I actually want to fully immerse myself in it with headphones when I play it on the train. It’s also one of the few games where I’ve repeatedly erased my entire progress over the and constantly pestered our composer [Hirofumi] Taniguchi to play it too, so he could give our own little mobile game an atmosphere as unique and weird.
