’s previous puzzler was all about boxing yourself in, repositioning pieces of furniture to build a safe space you could huddle inside. Now Martin is heading outdoors in a quietly melancholic game about gathering up your belongings and setting them on fire. Whether it’s wanting to hide yourself away from the world or the contrasting desire to burn it is now coming out early year. “There was definitely a version of this game that I was planning on releasing in the spring,” he tells us. “And it just got bigger and bigger. I thought: hey, why rush it out the door if I’m still finding things worth exploring?”
