MEAT IS THE MATTER

I have mentioned before in these pages that virtually all the meat my family and I eat is wild meat that has been shot by either me or friends and colleagues. I won’t bother you with rehashing the whys and wherefores that led to this, but suffice it to say game meat, and I am including that epicurean delight woodpigeon in that list, is important to me. But, of course, it should be to everyone who shoots.
