Don’t just hang any old wreath at your door. Good fortune starts at your threshold, so use your wreath to attract the life you’d like.

Make your own wreath if you can, using evergreen fronds of holly and ivy, which signify life and health to all the family. However, if you don’t have the time or inclination for that, you can simply customise a bought or even a plastic wreath by weaving in strands of dried herbs.
