    Palm Beach Aromatherapy Diffuser and Pure Essential Oils

    ’m a little obsessed with infusing my home with natural essential oils. Using Palm Beach’s new Aromatherapy Diffuser, I add a few drops of the Uplift essential oil and let it fill my kitchen. It’s a beautiful blend of sweet orange, red mandarin, cedarwood, rosemary and lavender oil and always gets me in the mood to bake. For my home studio, the obvious choice is Motivate, an energising blend of eucalyptus, lemongrass, peppermint and cardamom, which helps me focus and stay calm.
