PRIVATELY celebrating its 60th anniversary year, the ground-breaking Lincolnshire Coast Light Railway (LCLR) operated all eight of its historic Motor Rail Simplex diesels together for the first time.
The world’s first heritage line to be built on a green field site by enthusiasts ran the eight locomotives in convoy on its track in the Skegness Water Leisure Park at Ingoldmells.
