‘Gone are the days of being intimidated to ask a complete stranger for a photo,’ says Peter, who specialises in street photography and portraiture, mostly in black & white. ‘I saw this lady on the escalator at London’s King’s Cross. I approached her and said, “I need to take your photo! Please?” She obliged, but there was also a hint of shyness and embarrassment.’
