He’s been busy gallivanting around Australia with new girlfriend Vanessa Valladares, but Zac Efron has now made Byron Bay his permanent home after buying a sprawling and secluded mansion.
The Hollywood hunk, 32, is believed to have splashed out $22 million for the palatial property nestled on Wategos Beach, which boasts five large bedrooms, a heated infinity pool, and yoga and games rooms – all of which have sweeping ocean views. Yet it’s the secret access to the beach that had Zac signing along the dotted line.
The property – which has been labelled “the best house in Byron Bay” by real estate agents – is worth even more than neighbour Chris Hemsworth’s pad.
