Now the regulator. It’s a good idea while you have it out to lube it up and make sure it works, easy up and down. Early cars have a gear-style one, so get out your white grease and small paint brush and start greasing up the gear. Take your handle and crank it up and down a few times and make sure it’s working nicely. On later cars, they have a cable-style one. I go
