1 Take the track E from the car park then follow Edward’s Path S towards Ditsworthy Warren House, swinging uphill before you reach it to cross the raised ground near Eastern Tor to find the Plym.

2 Follow the Plym upstream, crossing at Plym Steps and heading SE to trace the north slopes of the Langcombe valley, eventually (in about 1.5km) finding Grim’s Grave.
