Through archival photography, Lulu’s book reveals how designers and craftspeople through the centuries have used this tropical palm; from the decorative styles of the Victorian and Edwardian periods and the art deco geometric shapes of the 1920s to the organic and sculptural forms of the 1960s and 1970s.
