IF you ever hear the chant: “There’s only one Chantelle Cameron,” don’t believe it.

There are several.

There’s the Chantelle Cameron who’s a glamorous presence at charity functions, there’s the one who puts on overalls and helps her father do jobs around the house and then there’s the Chantelle Cameron readers of Boxing News are familiar with.

The one who fights.

She’s trained by Jamie Moore and he has noticed there’s more than one version of the 29-year-old from Northampton.

“Chantelle is so nice,” said the former British, Commonwealth and European super-welterweight champion, “but when she gets in the ring, she’s an animal.”

At Moore’s gym in Greater Manchester, they know Cameron as ‘Il Capo’ – or ‘The Boss’.
