Steam in miniature: A big HIT at Bressingham!

Part 1

I would not have realised this event was on, but for the handwritten letter kindly sent to me by miniature traction engine rally organiser Norman Atkins, who invited me to the event at Bressingham Steam and Gardens near Diss, Norfolk over the weekend of 8–9 August.

In his letter he called it a ‘low key’ miniature steam rally – amazingly there were some 37 miniatures chugging about – hardly any of them local – at possibly the only rally for such things this year, writes the editor.
