At some point during the past few months, there would have been a time when you put the sticks away for a week or two or more. It might have been enforced, due to weather, course conditions or some form of pandemic lockdown. But there’s a good argument to be made for taking a break from golf whether you have to or not.
A break does allow you to forget the bad golf and make a fresh start and there’s no better time to do that than in the spring. You can start the warmer weather months with a clean slate and a fresh outlook.
Throughout the year, we all inevitably get into some bad habits. A new start gives you the chance to create some new, more effective movement patterns… and that’s what this is all about. We will run through nine problem areas that commonly develop, and look at quick ways to train new movement.
