Odd job man!
It had been more than a year since I started converting the Triumph 1200 Trophy into a CRK 1200 Roadster, a metamorphosis that involved ditching the touring bodywork and turning the bike into something that evoked my preference for the unfettered style of the 1970s.
The Hinckley factory never produced a version of the T300 series that exposed the 1180cc DOHC 16-valve four-cylinder engine because it provided the power for the Trophy tourer and the more potent Daytona 1200 (see page 62), both of which were enclosed in bodywork.
