WHY DID YOU WANT THE SOUND OF AN ANVIL ON THE SONG JETTEGRYTA?

“We were working on the idea of the Giants having built these tunnels, and exploring that as metaphors maybe going further inwards. So at some point I got this image of the Giants working with hammers. You can imagine , when they are building outside Saruman’s castle. I thought an anvil would be great to double the effect.”
