AUCTION HIGHLIGHTS

Cavendish Philatelic Auctions recently offered an impressive range of philatelic literature, including stamp and auction catalogues. A French catalogue published in 1865 by Regnard saw one of the highest prices paid during the sale. The Catalogue de L’Amateur de Timbres-Poste, paper copy in a bespoke folder had some slight splitting on the spine but still fetched over £1,000.
