Is it possible to sign digital documents on my Mac by using my iPhone? Or have I been told a fib? Denzil Wilson

1 Open a doc

Make sure that your Mac and iPhone are signed into the same Apple ID and on the same Wi-Fi network, then open a doc in Preview and then click on View>Show Markup Toolbar.

2 Select iPhone

Now click on the signature icon in the toolbar and a drop-down window will appear, showing options to use your Trackpad, Camera or iPhone, click on the ‘iPhone’ option and your device will come to life.

3 Sign off

Now, using your finger or a stylus, you will be able to write your signature on your iPhone screen and, as you do,
