    Classic trams are back

    HERITAGE trams are running services again at Seaton and in Blackpool -with Manchester following before Christmas.

    East Devon's Seaton Tramway has postponed its full S0th anniversary celebrations until next year, when the event will feature concerts by Sixties act Edwin Starr Band and 1976 Eurovision winners Brotherhood of Man.
