It was a great pleasure to talk to JP Henderson (known to his friends as Paul) about his latest novel Daisy, a story in which Paul’s elderly hero Herod (known to his friends as Rod) makes an epic journey from the UK to California in order to find true love.

The cast of this story includes a literary agent who also collects glasses in a local pub, a neighbour who fought in Vietnam, and of course the irresistible Daisy herself, the object of Rod’s affections.
