    In my early 20s I was stuck in a bit of a rut. I bought a flashy sports car that I thought would make me happy, but I felt I had to work all the time to justify the purchase – and then I’d just lazily spend my evenings and weekends playing Xbox at home. It wasn’t a healthy existence.
