I know of a former WW2 airstrip at Bradwell-on-Sea, where the decommissioned nuclear power station is within view, and Woodham Mortimer’s SteveMoore has agreed to bring the E-type in a closed trailer. He unloads without fuss; there is nobody around; we keep our respective distance; and Steve follows my instructions to position the E-type for photographs

I’ve been lucky enough to follow the progress of this E-type from the start of the build at the company’s Maldon premises through to its conclusion in Chelmsford.
