Old Lang’s iron

We’re sure Nick won’t mind us saying he’s one of our more low profile hot rodders. Living in the West Country, as he does, and owning and running a retail business means he doesn’t get to as many of the big shows as he might like. Nevertheless, he’s had his fair share of interesting cars over the years, including a Mk1 Zephyr, Ford Pop and a very purple ’37 Ford sedan. But he’d always had a hankering for a roadster.

12 years ago, he scratched that itch, buying a 1929 Ford Model A, though its conversion into a hot rod only took about five of those years.
